COMPANY MILESTONES - A TIMELINE OF GROWTH

 

	1965	Electro Rent is incorporated with a base of operations in Burbank, CA.
	1965 - 1973	A network of regional offices throughout the U.S. is formed.
	1973	Electro Rent acquired by Telecor.
	1980	Telecor liquidated and Electro Rent becomes an independent public corporation.
	1981	ER's Canadian operations established.
	1983	Common stock offering issued.
	1985	ER acquires Data Rentals and Sales, Inc.
	1989	ER moves to its present corporate headquarters in Van Nuys, CA.
	1994	ER acquires Genstar Rental Electronics, Inc. & opens up a second Canadian office.
	1996	ER acquires LDI PC Rentals Division.
	1997	ER acquires G.E. Rental Services Division.
	1997 - date	ER continues to distinguish itself as the leader in the renting and leasing of computer and presentation products and test & measurement equipment.
